Account & Data Deletion Request

Under Section 12 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and Google Play Store User Data Policy, you have the right to permanently erase your account and all associated personal records.

Method 1: Instant In-App Erasure (Recommended)

If you have the PODY app installed on your phone, you can immediately erase your account in seconds without waiting:

  1. Open the PODY app.
  2. Tap on Settings > Profile & Security.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account & Wipe Data.
  4. Confirm erasure. All database rows, invoices, and cloud credentials are instantly wiped.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, submit your request below. Our backend will register your request and our compliance team will verify and permanently purge your account within 48 hours.

A confirmation notification will be dispatched before permanent purge.

In accordance with Section 12 of the DPDP Act 2023 and Google Play Store policies, all associated records, appliances, and credentials will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
